Following is the requirement of Hydraulic engineer position we have.
Person will have total experience of around 3 to 15 years, out of which around 3 - 5 yrs should be in hydraulic system design.

Reporting:
The position reports into GM (Mechanical)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate will be BE in Mechanical Engineering from reputed college, with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in design of Hydraulics systems & selection/ sizing of appropriate hydraulic elements ( i.e. Actuators, Pumps, Valves, filters, etc.), to engineer desired flow characteristics of electrolytes through electro-chemical subsystem, as an Individual Contributor.
He needs to be proficient in 3D modeling preferably in pro/e & CFD tools - Ansys Fluent / CFX or equivalent.
He should be a good team player with excellent communication skills. Candidates must be self starter, able to work in fast paced environment, but still highly detailed and accurate.

Responsibilities:
Design Hydraulic systems / circuits with due consideration of operating conditions / reliability requirements.
Performing engineering calculations relating to Hydraulic system.
Selection & sizing of Hydraulic parts & sub-systems.
Take products from engineering design through production
Integrate Hydraulic design with system design.
Develop & execute testing / validation plans.
Evaluate design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability and safety.
Generate 3 D model, 2D Drawings, component specifications & Bill of materials.
Provide inputs on critical problem areas, alternative solutions and potential consequence in the product development process
Utilizes value added solutions such as new technologies, cost reductions and/or quality improvements
Work closely with other functions to provide technical support and product troubleshooting.
Self-motivated ,hands-on.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with ProPiping and/or Routed Systems Design (RSD) is a plus.

Technical Skills:
The incumbent shall have good knowledge of Ansys Fluent / CFX or equivalent & Pro/e or equivalent.
Experience:
3-15years of experience in the area of Hydraulic Circuit Designing. Preference shall be given to person with experience in wet chemical processing.
Qualification:
B.Tech or an equivalent qualification from ant recognized institute.
