Position: Manager Online Sales, Noida India Qualification: Masters in business administration or equivalent degree with strong academic background At least 2 years of strong sales management and consultative selling experience Proven ability to work with Google Adwords and Google Adsense. Excellent knowledge of various Affiliate Channels including eBay, Amazon etc. Ability to drive increasing revenue quarter over quarter and exceed revenue goals Excellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as the ability to handle a large team of diverse individuals Experience: 3 - 5 years Tulsana Consultancy Services Ind Pvt Ltd is looking for the right candidate who can take up the responsibility of Online Sales Manager of www.ezdia.com (a LIVE knowledge sharing platform offering its pre-packaged services)Location: India (Noida)Job description: Area : Online Sales and OperationsPosition : Manager, Online Sales and Operations1) Youll sell Googles AdWords, the leading online advertising platform. Youll also leverage your analytical skills to troubleshoot issues in the complex AdWords backend, and to optimize the performance of your accounts.2) In your role, you will be expected to utilize your teamwork skills and your knowledge of the Internet to provide outstanding customer service to help improve the performance of AdWords advertisers.3) We are also expecting prior knowledge of various freelancing websites like Odesk, Elance and Freelancer which we may use for bringing projects to our website.4) We are conducting various online training in different technologies. We also provide other services like Article Writing and off page SEO to our clients. You will be responsible for bringing right users to our service pages, increasing the number of sales of our online trainings. 5) We are also using channels like clickbank and other websites for selling our products online, your experience and help is expected in that area as well.Specifications: 1. Create relevant ad campaigns that maximize our ROI. 2. Develop sales pitch strategies that optimize the market potential. 3. Develop relationship with advertising agencies 4.
