Responsibilities :- 1) Responsible for Production & Planning.2) Should be involved into managing people. 3) Supervision and operation of batch and continuous process plant (shift operation. 4) Will be responsible for trouble shooting of plant processes and cost optimization. 5) Sizing of process equipments installation and commissioning of equipments.
6)Manpower handling in shifts familiarity with pollution control norms. 7) Familiarity in shift operation in process plant. 8) Should have working knowledge of DCS/ PLC systems. 9) Familiarity with operations in ERP environment. 10) Independent handling of small scale projects. 11) Handling of process troubleshooting jobs.

Candidate Profile :- 1) Should be B.E. (Chemical Engineering)/ Diploma in Chemical Engg.2) 3) Knowledge of Safety related processes & tools.4) Handled coordination with maintaince & Safety Department.
5) 5 to 8 years experience in chemical process plants preferably with DCS environment
6) Awareness of ISO. TQM and safety concepts.

It develops, manufactures and markets additives systems for Automobile and Industrial Lubricant and for the treatment of fuels. Its main production unit is situated at Trans Thane Belapur industrial complex near Navi Mumbai. The manufacturing process has received ISO 9001:2000 Certification from BVQI as well as ISO-14001:1996 accreditation by implementing a comprehensive Environmental Management System.
It is one of the very few companies outside U.S.A. and Europe with comprehensive manufacturing infrastructure for the development and production of fuel and lubricant additives.
