KEY DELIVERABLES
Operational
To supervise various MEP Projects through a team of Project Engineers & Project Supervisors
Review of project planning & project progress and scheduling the activities
Evaluation of capabilities of the subcontractors/suppliers
Timely submission data sheets, drawings, heat loads etc to client.

Customer Focus
Sending of project progress reports on weekly /monthly basis to customers/ client
Communication with customer / architects
Ensure on time completion.
Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor effectiveness by getting CSS responses from customers.

Financial
Collection of delivery and installation payment
Monthly review of turnover / gross margin and outstandings.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

Qualification:. BE / B. Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical
Experience: 10 to 12years for Degree holders and 12 to 15 years for Diploma holders
Project Management Skills
People Management Skills
Exposure to and hands on expertise of MS Project & MS Office application
Resource Management Capabilities, and Contract Management
Knowledge of Quality Systems, EHS Systems and Planning Tools is must.
