Education:
B.Com / M.com.

Experience:
2 - 5 years of Experience in Core Accounting.

Job Description:

Calculation of TDS & Disbursement of Cheques to Vendors.

Maintenance of Filing System for all the Monthly Expenses / Income.

Banking Relationship and Bank Reconciliation.

Assisting Accounts in all Statutory documents like TDS, PF, PT, VAT.

Preparing the Sales Plan for the Coming Months depends on the Average Sales,

Checking & maintaining the watch over the Various Marketing Expenses.

Responsible for following Up Payment receivable from Customers.

Keeping track of Bills Receivable & Payable.

Invoicing of Customers / Partner & follow-up for Receipts.

Coordination & compliance for Statutory & Legal Requirements.

STPI & Software Company Compliances & Record Maintenance.

Comply with International Finance Requirements & Regulations.

Processing of Internal Employee Claims.

Reporting Vendor reconciliation Statement.

Ensure accuracy & Timeliness of Report Extract.

Handling of both Internal & External queries of the Employees.

Skills:

Maintaining Strong Accounting & Processing Skills.

Knowledge of latest Version of Tally.

Knowledge of MS office: Word, Excel is Essential.

Good in preparing Accounting Reports & Financial Reports.

Self-motivated & Hardworking, High on ethics & Integrity.

Good Oral and Written Communication.

Work experience in Focus & Accounting Packages.
