  • Overall Control of Project Execution Program as per Customer's required Timelines.
  • Coordinate with various Agencies Involved, Including Customer, for Synchronized Working.
  • Ensure Execution as per Quality and Safety Norms.
  • Ensure Site Documentation and Expenses to be Under Control.
  • Effective Resolution of Day-to-Day Problems.

  • Timely Execution and Completion of Projects.
  • Compliance of Quality and Safety Norms.
  • Project Progress as per Schedule.
  • Cordial Relations with Customer, Suppliers & Contractor.
