Key Skills: Quality, compliance

Should be responsible for conducting regular audits as per SLA requirements including call monitoring and file reviewing
Providing regular feed backs to agents based on the above
Should possess knowledge on Quality reports and analysis, and complete quality reports within the given timeframe
Client call calibration experience preferred
Provide Training/refresher training on compliance and quality as and when required
