Key Skills: Construction Management

He should be a diploma Civil Engineer/ Graduate with relevant industry experience. Candidate having a blend of experience in construction management, planning and billing with construction companies shall be preferred.
The candidate shall report to the Project Manager/ Project Director.
The candidate shall be required to:
Prepare bar charts and resource requirements for his project
Prepare bills
Read drawings and guide site foreman and site supervisors
Co-ordinate for progress and quality of work with client representative
Compile progress reports, expense reports, material reports and e-mail to project co-ordinator
