Education:
B.E. / D.M.E.

Experience:
1 - 3 years of Experience in HVAC (Comfort - Clean Room).

Job Description:

Carry out Heat Load & Cooling Load estimation by Manual method on Spread sheets as per the client URS, for Clean rooms, BSL-3 Facilities & Micro-biology Laboratories.

Preparation of HVAC Data sheet & Designing of Ducting & Piping Systems.

Preparation of Ducting & Piping layouts, Single line Diagrams for both Piping & Ducting Systems,

AHU GA Drawings, Hepa Filter & Return Air riser location layouts,

Preparation of System, Area Classification & Pressure Zoning layouts.

Design & selection of HVAC Equipments like Air Handling units, Blowers, Filters, Valves, Pumps, Cooling towers.

Co-Ordination with Documentation team for DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ.

Preparation detailed Bill of Materials including all Equipments, Filters, Valves, Fans, Pumps, Ducting & piping accessories with technical specifications for all.

Interaction / Coordination with Clients & Consultants till the design meet the required design standards & it gets approved.

Visiting Project sites at Pre-design & Approval stages for better design & Ensure our support for the on time Completion of Project.

Inspecting the site before taking up projects, check for all relevant drawings with detail dimensions.

Co-ordinating with various Vendors/Sub Contractors in Fabrication & Erection of Equipments like Duct, Duct Insulation & Instrumentation etc.

Handing the Approved design to Project Dept for the Execution.

Visiting Sites Periodically to solve real time Problems.

Finally, to prepare as-built Drawings as per site during the Commissioning with all Required Details.

Other Computer Skills

Languages to Speak: Kannada, English, Hindi.
