Diploma in Building Services (M.E.P).

Experience:
15 - 10 years of Experience.

Job Description:

Manage Project CAD Drawing Delivery within the India Office,

Agree Scope with the Engineer and carry out CAD Drawing Work.

Monitor Resource levels, by Assessing the Engineering group CAD Requirements.

Motivate yourself & Manage Staff within group to build High Performing Teams.

Set Objectives, Monitor Performance, Coach & Develop Staff to Optimise their Potential.

Maintain CAD Standards and Standard Drawing Configurations.

Report twoWweekly & Monthly CAD Personnel Requirements to the Overseas CAD Manager.

Monitor Contract staff or third party Appointments, Maintain Regular Media Back up.

Maintain Hardware and Software Requirements, including Disposables.

Liaise with External Design Teams as Necessary.

Carry out Project Archiving on Completed Projects.

Identify & Implement All training / CPD Requirements of staff within their Group.

Implement & Manage QA Systems and Procedures on All Projects.

Assist with In-house IT Systems set up & Operations, In conjunction with the IT Assistant.
