Job Description: JAVA/J2EE professionals having 3+ years of experience with following technologies.

Language: JDK 1.5/1.6

ORM Technologies : Hibernate

RDBMS: SQL Server

Web Technologies : HTML, Java Script, CSS, AJAX, XML, Web 2.0 technologies ,
Web services

Java Script Frameworks: MootTools, Prototype

Other Applicationss : iText, JDOM , Axis

Testing Tools : Junit

Servers : Tomcat , Jboss .

Others :Design Patterns, UML, CVS

Familiar with software development life cycles - Should have gone through at least one project with complete life cycle.
Posses Strong leadership skills to manage a Team.
Strong Programming Skills.
Posses skills in Researching, designing.
Prepare Programming/Technical specifications, coding, documentation and testing.
Knowledge of coding standards and quality processes
Investigating new technologies and problem solving ability.
Identifying the modification areas in existing programs and developing them.
Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.
Client interaction to a certain extent.
Comfortable with Multitasking.
Must have knowledge of Design patterns to do effective programming.
