Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment & selection across levels and domains on a PAN India level

This would include devising out ways to keep recruitment costs at an all time low, with no impact on TAT and quality of hires, formulating recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum and also ensuring smooth on-boarding of the new hires.

This will also involve building connect with employees (new hires / existing ones) to ensure their engagement levels are high, handling grievance if any, running R&R schemes for regions etc.
