Job Profile:

Handling & Coordinating the entire HR Activities from Recruitment to Exit.

Reviewing and Updating the HR Policies and Formats.

Taking employee Involvement Initiatives, Driving the CSR Initiatives.

Compensation and HRIS Management.

Responsibilities:

Handling the Complete Recruitment Process.

Induction / Joining Formalities & Scheduling Orientation Training.

Monitoring the PMS (Performance Management System)

Complete Training Process, Providing Payroll Inputs.

HRIS Maintenance and Updates, Insurance and Gratuity Management.

HRM Identifying the HR Processes & IT team to make the Process Online & Simple.

Taking care of the HR needs and Coordinating the Admin Activities.
