Education:
BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in IT.

Experience:
2 - 3 years of Experience in Enterprise Content Management / Document Management & Capturing Solution.

Job Profile:

Sound Application Development skills specifically related to Content Management.

Prior Consulting experience in the ECM Marketplace.

4 years of Design, Configuration, Development & Implementation experience with ECM Products.

Direct experience with Dot Net / Java / J2EE.

Demonstrated ability to accurately Analyze Information & make Sound Decisions.

Able to complete Functional & Technical Designs, Models, Components, Code, Unit Test & Documentation.

Knowledge and Experience Working throughout the System Development Life Cycle.

Skills:

Working Knowledge of ECM Design & Implementation best Practices and Patterns.

Knowledge of FileNet, SharePoint, Alfresco, EMC Documentum & Capturing,

Solutions like Kofax, Application Servers such as WebSphere.

Database Server such as DB2 , Oracle , SQL etc.

Operating system experience with Windows and UNIX.

Eagerness to Contribute in a team-oriented Environment.

To work Creatively & Analytically in a Problem Solving Environment.
