QUALITY INSPECTOR

.
Education:
Diploma in Mechanical (D.M.E.) / B.E. Mechanical.

Experience:
3 - 5 years of Experience.

Job Profile:

Ensures that Quality Management System Policies, Procedures, Objectives & Targets Developed are Implemented,

Maintained in Accordance with the AS9100 and ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System requirements & All Applicable Regulatory Requirements.

Communicates the facility Quality Policy to All Suppliers & Enforces the Policies, Programs, Objectives Established.

Interface with Customers for Audits, Inspections and Performance Metrics.

Review Customer & Regulatory Documents, Audit Findings; Incorporate Requirements or Corrective Actions into Quality System and Procedures.

Review & Approve Changes to Engineering Documents / Specifications Assuring continued compliance with Customer Requirements.

Manages & Reports the Monthly Operational Reporting Metrics & Initiates Actions to improve areas not meeting objectives.

Participate in the Activities of the Safety Committee for Safety Inspections & Accident Investigations for Cause,

Corrective Action & Submit to Facility Management & Shop Supervision the Findings & Recommendations.
