Company : Top Notch Project Management consulting companyLocation : Delhi/ MumbaiPreferred Candidates : Real Estate , Project Management Consulting, EngineeringQualification : BE ( Civil}Candidates having another speciliozation in BE pls don t apply for this postionROLE OBJECTIVE*To identify new business opportunities, achieve the agreed sales targets, and be responsible for client management. Areas Of Responsibility1.Business Development*To initiate, coordinate and conclude the tendering / contracting process to successfully acquire tenders / contracts.*To identify new opportunities by scanning the internet, trade magazines, news papers, and through cultivated networks.*To attend the pre-bid meetings and prepare bid documents for pre-qualification & techno-commercial proposals.*To coordinate with the other departments to ensure that technical details / presentations are prepared as per the clients requirements.*To get clarification from the clients, on all the queries raised by inter departments.*To gather the required teams / documents for client presentations and to deliver the presentations.*To probe, evaluate and understand the requirements of the clients.*To keep information regarding the competitors and their bidding amounts for making a bid in the name of GEL.*To attend the post-bid meetings, i.e. Technical & Commercial discussions.*To negotiate with clients in order to ensure that the terms are as per the companys policy.2.Client Satisfaction*To regularly meet the clients.*To address the client queries and complaints in a timely manner and as per the company policy.*To escalate the unresolved complaints to the respective heads and accelerate resolution.*To develop and practice a system to get customer feedback and analyse it to establish levels of customer satisfaction.3.Documentation*To ensure that tender related documents like DD and provision of bank guarantee are prepared.*To prepare proposal related documents like Expression of Interest (for government clients) and Techno-Economic Proposals (for private companies).*To evaluate, submit and maintain MIS of number of tenders sent, number of projects achieved, number of projects lost, reasons for losing the project, etc.*To coordinate with the regional officers and project officers for updating the Business Development Database.4.Business Promotion*To maintain the company website and liaise with various vendors for updating and maintaining the same.*To prepare corporate brochure containing information about the GEL and its achievements.*To represent the company in various seminars and exhibitions and be the face of the company.*To present gifts and souvenirs to clients on Diwali, New Year and any such occasions as per the companys policy.
