Job Description

Experience in IT Strategy, IT Roadmap ( Technology industry)

Responsible for managing project/program managers/project coordinators.

Manage geographically diverse teams, if necessary

Work with staff to discover and correct areas of projects where intervention will benefit projects.

Work with higher level management to support the development organization in designing custom solutions leveraging best practices.

Work with peers across the organization to collaboratively solve resource and other issues in support of the business.

Perform short range and long range resource planning and constantly work on resource leveling as program work shifts.

Maintain project budgets and participate in budget planning.

Assist with strategic planning.

Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary.

Drive teams for successful, on-schedule projects and releases.

Responsible for assessment, planning, and active pursuit of improvement to processes and all aspects of employee engagement, roles, etc, pertaining to area of responsibility.

Work at higher strategic levels with Executive Management

Maintain constant communication and updates on projects progress and any issues related to any of the projects with all the stakeholders;

Oversee the preparation of various statistical and financial progress reports.

Oversee the performance measures and productivity data Track the timely and high quality delivery for projects deliverable.
