Education:
C.A.

Experience:
2 - 5 yrs in Manufacturing Industry.

Job Description:

Monthly preparation of MIS, Variance Analysis, Reconciliation of MIS VS Actual

Consolidation of MIS, subsidiary company MIS

Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement for all subsidiaries consolidated

Financial Statements within schedule time line.

Knowledge in handling Correspondence with Banks, Monthly Stock Statements.

Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Correspondence with Banks.

Handling compliances with various Laws enacted like companies Act 1956,

KVAT, Excise Laws, Income Tax etc.

Skills Required:

Computer literate with Good Command in Excel and Tally 9.2

Analytical Skill

Understanding of organizational Conceptual framework

Skill to prepare Financial statements for Group of Companies

Reconciliation of subsidiary Accounts

Ability to Correspond with Banks(written communication)

Knowledge of Key Company Accounts

GAPP, Excise Laws, Income Tax, KVAT

Verbal Communication, Team Building,

Assertive Communication, Presentation Skill
