This global bank invests in state of the art technologies to support its robust business growth.

They require a FileNet infrastructure & Subject Matter Expert who can partner with BAU and Project teams to drive successful enterprise wide rollouts. This role will report directly to the senior infrastructure services manager.

To qualify, you must be a guru in IBM FileNet, with several years of experience delivering FileNet and related solutions such as Content Engine, Process Engine, eForms, BPF, Workplace, etc.

Your key role will be to maintain the stability of FileNet P8 and imaging applications in production to ensure high availability, and perform analysis/capacity planning and reporting to improve system capabilities.

Other key accountabilities includes troubleshooting, researching and identifying system deficiencies and defects, software patch upgrades, deployments, migrations, technology advisory in the design and build of new FileNet solutions/ infrastructure or infrastructure related configurations.

To be successful in this role, you must have 5years of FileNet administration experience with significant skills in UNIX, Database, SAN, Shell scripting, Websphere, and network technologies.
