Only BE/M.Tech PreferredMARKET SEGMENTS : Manufacturing Industry (welding, cutting, spraying, laser technologies, rubber and plastic)Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to lead the market development of Manufacturing Industry market segment across RSE by: * promoting gas-based solutions in identified growing segments * optimizing existing customer processes * transferring the know how from the central BA MPG Process Industry to the local sales/application staff * collaborating with international OEMs and leading key accounts.The key performance criteria for this role are:(1) new sales in Manufacturing Industry market segment customer projects(2) growth of sales in Manufacturing Industry market segment(3) know how transferPrincipal Responsibilities: * Lead the Manufacturing Industry market segment development in RSE: o identify market trends & areas of growth, issues & other opportunities by country o propose and coordinate specific campaigns o monitor the major business win/losses o establish and maintain an extensive regional network with the most relevant OEMs, professional associations & key accounts, and with country application/sales engineers, sharing best practices & success stories * Drive complex customer projects (co-own with country) or projects for regional customer accounts & support the business development of applications in Manufacturing Industry market segment in the RSE countries. o define best technical solution o prepare the commercial offer in collaboration with the local sales team o manage the interface with central teams (if necessary) o run test trials at customer site * Represent RSE in the Global Market Segment Teams (as appropriate ) * Develop technical competence of the local country teams in line with agreed prioritiesKey Interfaces: * Country Teams with special focus on sales/application/marketing/CES department for commercialization activities. * BA MPG Process Industry Manufacturing Industry to ensure a regular information exchange and mutual alignment * RSE Strategic Marketing in particular with Product Management Bulk and PGP * Major OEMs and professional associations to promote successful business partnership Contact Details
