Scrutiny of Sales orders with the customer Purchase Orders, Vendor Quotes

Co-ordinate with marketing team and Resolve Order discrepancies

Raise Indent to Purchase as per billing/shipping locations

Monitoring of Timely PO release by the Purchase Team

Follow up and Ensure Timely Purchase of Materials

Co-ordinate with marketing team and Collect road permits from customers

Coordinate with marketing and collect cde exemption papers from Customers for third party import Orders

Coordinate with Purchase and Ensure delivery and billing of Direct Ship Orders

Co-ordinate with Accounts and arrange special insurance as customer Order terms

Co-ordinate with marketing, Product , SIG team for Pre-Dispatch Inspections

Order Status Updating to the marketing Team

Follow up with Purchase and complete short shipments

Generation of Pick slip, advise stores to Pack the shipments

Generate Sales Invoices as per the Customer PO

Ensure Timely Dispatch of Materials by the stores

Ensure Timely Collection of Signed DCs by the Stores

Ensure Timely completion of orders

Customer Order/SOF/Billing Reconciliations

Audit Compliance and provide necessary documents as per requirement

Tracking of High Value and Penalty Orders more closely

Support marketing to Achieve Collection Target

Desired Profile

The candidate should be Graduate from any stream with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
