Disciplinary proceedings, Conciliations with Labour dept

Crisis management Labour unrest

Proactive IR initiatives undertaken

Employee counseling in case of erratic behavior likes absenteeism, neglect of work, etc.

Desired Profile

* Should be Any Fulltime Graduate with 5-8 yrs relevant experience
* Preferred any Certification in Industrial Relations
* Excellent Coordination and Communication skills
