Job Description Key Skills: Walk in for Customer Support Engineer
1. Ensuring timely escalations of the call for speedy resolution.2. Preparing call for each visit made to attend the call.3. Target-% of Quality calls closed per month.90 % without spares and 75 % with spares.4. No. calls closed per month and average resolution time for the calls closed per month to match specified SLAs.5. Ownership for spares transactions stand by material, fault tags to be tagged properly and ensuring of material pick-up.6. Feedback on calls attended beyond the scope of SLA.7. Value addition at the customer site e.g. proactive action taken for reducing the no. of calls and ensuring that the calls closed are not repeated for the same cause.8. Giving technical assistance to engineers reporting to him for effective call closure.9. Record the minute of monthly meeting with customer and all engineers.10. Target Achievement: What percentages of the call SLA are met 11.
