(ii) Product Development in terms of developing new fabrics
(iii) Can handle Costing & TNA independently
(iv) Responsible for pre- production activities
(v) Maintaining sales target
(vi) Production knowledge for products
(vii) Ensure Timely Dispatch of Shipment
