1. Must have strong experience in deploying Lean/Six Sigma in one or more of the following industry areas as well as subject matter expertise in one of the core business processes:

Insurance across Life and / or P&C
Banking and Financial Services Sector
Utilities
2. Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.

3. Experience in Driving cultural change by leading large($1MM above) and cross functional Lean/Six Sigma initiatives

4. Experience in Train, Coach and Mentor documentation specialists, Lean/Six Sigma Experts (BB) and client resources on improvement projects.

5. Strong experience in client handling and consulting (onsite experience preferred).

6. 4 yrs graduation degree/Post graduation is mandatory.
