Be the single point of contact (SPOC) to the IBOSS in-country and the affiliated IBOSS partner community. Good understanding of IBOSS Technologies such as F5, Packeteer, Riverbed, Micromuse, CA, , HP OV, IBM Tivoli, including IT Service Model.
