ENGINEER - MAINTENANCE

Education:

D.M.E.

Experience:

The candidate should have around 3 - 5 years of experience.

Job Description:

Should be ready to work in shifts (3 shifts).

Maintenance schedule calendar Planning.

Update records of machine and equipment card.

Planning and purchase of consumables and spares.

Support for installation & commissioning of machinery at factory.

Annual maintenance contract proposals.

Interventional interaction with other departments.

Maintenance of CNC vertical machining centers and Turning centers.

Maintenances of special purpose machines.

Maintenance of Hydraulic fixtures.

Responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance of machine tools, conveyers and other process equipments for meeting production targets.
