Job Description

Primary Role:

Manage and create a database of all clients for our various services & products.

Regular follows up with existing clients for requirement of products and services.

Making cold calls for procuring new customers

Continuous client interaction, getting orders from client and processing the order till the goods are delivered.

Interacting and taking feedback from old/ existing clients. Logging the same in our database.

Use the internet & digital media for research and procuring details about goods and services.

Assist in preparing power point presentations, draft letters and send mails.

Submission of activity report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Secondary Role:

Supervision of delivery and office peons.

Co ordination with trainers & field staff.

Keep track of inventory

Banking work writing cheques, slip books etc

Reporting to the Admin Head.
