Area Manager for MNC furniture & lighting Business, to be based at Goa. The person should have min 5 years exp.in institutional sales/corporate sales .Its mainly B2B sales. The person would be taking care of both part of LIGHTING & part of FURN. BUSINESS. Thus we need a guy who is well experienced in both.. Achievement of assigned Sales Target 2. Developing a network of dealers in the assigned region 3. Marketing(Contact and make presentations to Architects / Consultants / Contractors / Customers) 4. Preliminary Survey / Enquiry generation / Quotation / Sales follow-up / Negotiation / Order Collection & Execution 5. Travel to necessary locations to meet dealers, customers, architects, consultants is a must 6. MIS Report generation 7. Identify and maximize exploitation of business opportunities 8. Implement, review and fine-tune the marketing strategies to escalate business volumes based on regional market needs Location Reporting Structure: You will be reporting to the Zonal Manager Salary Rs.6-7 Lac PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate Engineer with MBA preferably or B.Com/B.Sc with rich experience . Experience : 5 7 Years into Institutional Sales, with professional experience in Marketing Desired Profile 1. Excellent communication/presentation skills 2. Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented 3. Proven relationship building capability 4. Sales experience in furniture industry will be preferred 5. Minimum 4 to 7 years of sales experience with proven track record of handling a range of customer accounts 6. Ability to understand product specifications as per customer requests. Liaise with customers efficiently and possess trouble shooting ability 7. Aggressive and productive approach towards market development, sales & after sales service 8.
