DME with 8-10 years Exp. in New Product Development.

HMC,VMC Programmer, Product Development & Manufacturing Engineer.

Job Description:

Candidate should be able to do New Product Development as per Customer Drawings.

Candidate should be able to do setting & programming on FANUC Controls.

Should be aware of various Codes.

Conversant with Trouble-shooting..

Good knowledge of Cutting Tool Selection & Setting on Machine, Production Management.

Good knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures.

Desired Profile:

Should be able to read Engineering Drawings & do the job setting.

Familiar with Measuring Instruments.

Good knowledge of Setting & Programming.

Documentation as per ISO & AS.

Proficiency in Unigraphics Nx3 and UG CAD/CAM With knowledge of solid modeling, surfacing, Manufacturing.

Programming of models using UG CAM for various types of jobs such as:
Cavity Machining,
Pocket Milling,
Surface Milling,
Hole Making ,
CAM Hole Making,
Wall Taper Machining etc.
