Looking for Server Engineer having good experience of handling Data Centre Incident and Service Requests.

Maintain escalation matrix and daily meeting with Data Centre Team.

Have to work under supervision/guidance

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Expertise

Experience - 2 Year +.

Hands on experience in handling Incident and Problem Management of Data-centre.

Server Health Check-up.

Back-up Management.

Media Management.

Publishing of various Data-centre related reports
