Job Description Key Skills: Customr Support Engineer , Mindows OS, Networking,Communication Protocols
Answer calls escalated by customer support executives. Troubleshoot tickets escalated by customer support executives. Suggest workflows depending on the scenarios. Update the CRM tool with exhaustive details. Manage multiple assigned open cases and provide timely updates to our customers and internal associates as needed; Properly document the problem and the solutions given to the customers in the CRM system.
