Graduate preferably with MBA qualifications and 6-10 years of experience in managing Payroll Services in a large size organisation. Must be familiar with all aspects of payroll service, Employee Taxation and Statutory Services such as PF, ESI and Profession Tax.

Should be familiar with any software application offering end to end payroll services.

Will head Operations for outsourced payroll services for no of customers. Will be responsible to manage team of operations and statutory executives to deliver services to varierty of customers as per service agreement.
