Job Description

Essential requirements are :

Experience in Operations / Production wing of a phosphatic fertiliser industry.
Thorough with process parameters of sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and complex fertiliser plants, consumption norms, trouble shooting and quest for excellence.
Candidates with experience in Operation of DAP / Phosphatic Fertiliser Plant will be preferable.

Responsibilities could be:

Achieve budgeted production through proper planning and scheduling of activities along with supportive departments
Maximise plant availability through control of breakdowns.
Ensure material and energy usage at desired levels through control of process loss.
Implement efficiency improvement Programmes through interaction and coordination with all concerned within in the Company and outside.
Implement processes and capabilities through focused investigations, discussions and reference to sources in print and in electronic media.
Develop people for better performance through organizing activities including training for skill and attitudinal development.

The position is reportable to VP Manufacturing.
