Sukhvarsha Management Services P ltd ( SMSJOBS.IN) is providing Recruitments ( perm and outsource basis) and other HR services since 1993. It is looking for Business Development Manager who could contribute to the growth of its recruitment and other HR business.

Candidate should possess all usual and necessary attributes of a successful Business Dev. Manager. Should have proven track record in procuring HR or similar nature of (B2B) business.

Job consist of identifying new clients for outsourcing and other HR services, successful contract signups, and thereafter support operations to establish and build sustained delivery cycle.

Experience of 7 to 12 years is desired though there is no bar for right candidate.
