There are urgent openings for Human Resource department in our TOP MNC clients.Designation : Sr Manager / AVP / VPRequired very strong HR Leadership person.Salary Max: 40 LacsResponsibilities: Develop and drive the hiring strategy and practices. Innovate team through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates. Develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent, and oversee and drive senior management/executive recruitment. Assess, plan, and deploy internal staffing resources for best efficiency and cost effectiveness. Assess and improve current processes including screening, interviewing, and offer approvals. Hire, manage, mentor, and lead functional and direct report recruitment teams. Understand and participate in growth strategies and plans, and assess and improve current processes including screening, interviewing, and approvals. Deliver on target staffing plans for executives on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Partner closely with HRBPs and Finance to ensure headcount and hiring activity is current all the time. Requirements: BA/BS / MBAdegree preferred with a strong academic record. At least 10 to 18 Years of staffing leadership experience with hands-on recruitment expertise. Demonstrated personal accountability, integrity, credibility, and a role model for others. Strong intellect with analytical bias. Flexible but tenacious. Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding.
