Key Skills: .Net 3.5 (Linq), .Net 2.0 or .Net 3.0, C#, WCF, WPF, Design Pattern, Biztalk, ESB, Agile

Must have 5+ years of core technical experience

Good technical bent of mind with ability to motivate fellow team members

Expert level C# development skills

Though the project uses .NET 3.5 , candidates who are currently working on .NET 2.0 or .NET 3.0 are also welcome to apply

Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Design analysis and design concepts

Must have a good practical project experience in Web services in general and RESTful web services in particular.

Exposure to BizTalk and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) concepts/practical experience will surely be an added advantage though not a necessity

Good understanding of WinForms and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)

Experience in Test Driven Design preferably using the NUnit framework

Must be aware of NCover, NMock and FitNesse acceptance testing framework

Must be aware of Agile mode of software development

Being an Agile project opportunity, the position involves a person with good attitude towards adapting to the demanding client environment

Must be a good team player with the drive to achieve the goals as a team

Prior team leading experience will be an added advantage

To emphasize again excellent communication skills is a must

Certifications/Trainings on Agile will be an added advantage
