Job Description

Literature search and designing the synthetic schemes of the organic compounds of interest.

To perform the reactions in the lab for the development of the process for the APls and CRAMs molecule.

Process development, process optimization, process validation, determination of critical process parameters.

Synthesis, isolation and characterization of impurities.

Study of impurity/product profile for the selected synthetic route and characterization by NMR, IR, Mass Spectra, XRD, DSC, and other analytical interpretations.

Optimization of existing process of various intermediates and APIs and CRAMs molecule in terms of operations, time materials inputs and yields.

Handling of various type of chemical reaction from laboratory scale.

Development of non-infringing and polymorphs of various APIs.

Proper handling of laboratory equipments and Documentation.

Team building and to maintain the best inter - personal relations in the organization.
