MBA / PGDBA in (Personnel / HR) with min. 12 yrs experience in Personnel Matters, Labour Laws, Union Matters and Factory Management with a large Contract Labour force. He should have thorough knowledge about West Bengal Labour Laws & good Liaison with Local Management in West Bengal. Experience in SAP environment is must.
