C.A. / MBA in Finance.

Experience:

5 - 7 years of Experience.

Job Profile:

Manage Accounts & Finance for EOU Manufacturing Units.

Budgeting and reporting activities.

Overseeing the accounting activities.

Cost centre accounting and profitability.

Preparation of financial statements as per India GAAP.

Preparation of cash requirement statements.

Management of funds in controlled manner.

Managing the statutory audit and Tax Audit.

Knowledge of legal laws in India being The Companies Act, The Income Tax Act and working knowledge of other various Acts prevailing in India.
