Candidate should have 1-2 Years of experience in Bulk/Mass Hiring.

Candidate should have working experience with International BPO.

Candidate should have experience in handling complete recruitment cycle from sourcing resumes to taking telephonic/face to face Interviews.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
