Job Description Key Skills: Manager, ACCA, CISA, CPA, CA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA or CFE
Key responsibilities will include:Client Relationship : Gain access to new clients. Manage and nurture existing clients and relationships.Team : Ensure that people are coached through training and ongoing experience sharing.Projects : Supervise day to day activities related to new business development and client engagements and ensure timely delivery of high quality outputTechnical Competencies : Develop technical papers and solutions.Solution : Participate and/or lead in solution development working with other business & functional practice leaders.Interact with Global teams on Client and Solution Development.The overall profile of the individual would be that of a hard driving, entrepreneurial, focused, strong business development capability, results oriented professional business manager, capable of significantly increasing team performance.Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents. Work with the engagement team to document the business processes dependent on information technology.Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems. Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues, and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations.Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.To qualify, candidates must have:a bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline and/or a professional certification i.e. ACCA, CISA, CPA, CA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA or CFEa minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in Technology and Security Risk Services in a professional services firm, or within industryStrong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skillsleadership, teamwork and client service skillsdemonstrated integrity within a professional environmentbusiness development skillsLocation: Bangalore/ChennaiFor more details please call on 09818904477/09818303447.
