Key Skills: Scientist - OTC, Scientist, OTC

The incumbent should be M.Pharm or Ph.D.in Pharmaceutics with experience of about 10 years., Should have good communication skill., Should have been part of Innovation and strategic thinking.,

1. The inumbent should lead a team of formulation scientist in developing a range of safe / effective and innovative OTC products.

2. He should develop products as per marketing brief.

3. The incumbent should conceive new product concepts and develop the same.

4. He should have had experience in Product development covering different stable galencial forms (tablets/ syrup/ spray/ capsules/ gels...)including sustained release and enteric coated products.

5. The incumbent should have the knowledge of Scale-up and transfer., He should have knowledge of Regulatory guidelines.

6. He should have the Knowledge of Pharmacology (desirable).
