* MBA / PGDBM - HR from a reputed Institute. * 18 to 20 years of relevant experience in IT (BFSI) Industry. * He/She should be heading / handling HR activities in a location for at least a 2000 man organization. * Should be able to create HR Processes & implement across locations. * Should be able to partner with peer functions to attract and retain best talent. * Should be able to independently drive Employee Engagement, organizational interventions, Rewards and RecognitionExpected competencies * Self Management Self awareness.
