1. Interaction with global customers to understand their requirements and deliver on time and on quality.
2. Evaluating different structural concepts.
3. 3D Modeling and detailing.
4. Developing structural layout concepts.
5. Conceptualizing and evaluating interface details.
6. Developing DMU.
7. Studying critical path and creating critical part list.
8. Creating detailed bill of material.
9. Interaction with manufacturing experts to evaluate options. SKILLS:
1. Catia V5 (metallic/ composite).
2. Familiarity with aerospace design requirements.
3. Familiarity with AS quality process.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Communication.
6. Ability to manage the team and work with the team.EXPERIENCE:
5 - 10 years of experience in aerospace structural domain, handling design projects in the areas of wing or fuselage structures. Excellent appreciation of airframe structural principles and hands on experience in Catia V5. Good understanding of aerospace materials, fastening methods, manufacturing methods and assembly process is desired.
