He can read engineering drawing properly.

He should able to make pneumatic panel assembly.

He should have knowledge of pneumatic fittings & tubing.

He should have knowledge of assembly of hard piping, bending of pipes in pneumatic panel.

He Should have got a knowledge of pipe assembly and pipe fitting with air and/oil as medium flowing thru these pipes.

Person who would have this knowledge would be from a company who makes hydraulic power packs and pneumatic panels.
