CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Location : Bangalore

No. of jobs : 2 Nos.

Salary : Rs. 6,000/- to Rs.7,500/- (plus incentives)

Job Description:

Interact with customers & responsible for customer service and sales
Follow the instructions/advice of the Franchise Owner in executing responsibilities
Understand the stores systems & policies and communicate the same effectively to the customers when required
Ensure upkeep of the office reception area
Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customers satisfaction
Follow up and recovery from credit customers
Other responsibilities as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

The candidate must possess a pleasing personality
Good communication skills & convincing abilities
1 year exp in Sales in FMCG, IT/Office Automation/Telecom Industry or worked in Retail industry in any format i.e. departmental store, stationery & gifts store would be ideal
Good Communication Skills (English, Kannada, Hindi)
Computer proficiency (MSExcel & Word)
Local (Bangalore) Female candidates preferred
