RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with Customers to help them understand the products and apply the correct products for their application.
2. Work with the Commercial Manager in securing projects - support proposal preparation, provide technical input
3. Provide problem solving support to customers.
4. Responsible for Design, Engineering, Drafting for projects.
5. Responsible for product testing.
6. Develop and maintain the organizations Design and Engineering systems capability, software etc.
7. Responsible for assembly and installation training for customers and providing necessary support for assembly and installation.
8. Work with the Global resources on product offerings for the Indian market.
9. Program management - once a project is secured from a customer, manage the project from initiation to delivery and follow up.
10. Project Management Experience, flexibility to work in a start up environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Candidate should have Engineering background, Advanced Engineering Degree/ Certificate desirable.
2. Technical setting skills, prior 8 - 10 years experience in building & Construction or Aluminum Architectural industry a strong plus.
