1. CRF design and database design activities and develop edit check and data derivation procedures to support implementation of new clinical trials as per the design guidelines.
2. Program procedures to validate the data in the database and perform testing of the same with Test Patient Data.
3. Perform regimen setup and any other randomization - related activities, CRF design and database design activities and develop edit check and data derivation procedures to support implementation of new clinical trials.
4. Ensure all study start up activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements using agreed standards.
5. Perform assigned activities so as to yield timely and high quality deliverable.
6. Keep abreast of function related issues/ activities for effective operation.
7. Ensure that all Safety Data Management activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
8. Perform first line clinical coding activities on the assigned protocols in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Generate queries to clarify and improve the quality of the data Test and execute validation procedures.
10. Update database with query resolutions.
11. Perform the database testing and database audit as part of Quality Control.
12. Assist Data Analyst in the process of breakblind/ TDES.
13. Provide ad-hoc data listings as and when needed.
14. Analyze data from the Safety database and Project database.
15. Determine whether inconsistent data points exhibit acceptable or unacceptable discrepancies.
16. Issue queries for data points that exhibit unacceptable discrepancies, document the status of events in a reconciliation spreadsheet, update the safety database and update Project database with query resolutions, closing out queries.
17. Complete coding of priority studies on time.
18. Maintain and update daily counts of coded terms.If interested , please revert back with ur updated resume along with the following details :
